Probate Court
The Probate Court has exclusive jurisdiction over vital records (birth/death), marriage applications, traffic citations, administration of estates, the appointment of guardians and conservators for incapacitated adults and minor children and issues weapons carry licenses.
*As of December 31, 2014, the Probate Court will no longer perform marriage ceremonies.
