The Commission of Crawford County, Georgia, on behalf of the citizens of the county, wishes to procure the services of qualified individuals, firms, or groups of firms, for professional services in the development of plans and installation of new lighting infrastructure at the county Recreation Complex. The scope of the project will include development of a formal site plan, procurement of appropriate materials and full installation of the infrastructure. The goal of the project is to rehabilitate a failing lighting system for two of the county’s recreational fields and furnish a connection box that can be used for future lighting projects.

Important Note: Due to the nature of the grant and agreement between Crawford County and the Grantor, the total budget of this project is not to exceed $100,000.
Crawford County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received.
Invitation to Submit Proposals
Sealed proposals must be received by the Middle Georgia Regional Commission no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 16, 2016. All questions should be directed in writing to Daniel Dobbins at ddobbins@mg-rc.org before 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2016.
