The Crawford County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking two applicants to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board.
The purpose of the Planning and Zoning Board is to promote the health, safety, order, and general welfare of the unincorporated areas of the county. This includes lessening congestion, preventing land overcrowding, and facilitating transportation, water, schools, parks, and other public requirements. An individual must currently reside in the unincorporated area of Crawford County and must have resided there for at least the preceding twelve (12) months.
Position Details & Requirements:
– Meetings: 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
– Requirements: Applicants must pass a background check.
– Deadline: Applications must be completed and received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 24, 2026.
